Fresh pasta goes anywhere

Traditional sauces in a paper bowl. Tropea since 2022, now Salerno too.

How it's made
The format

The bowl is the plate

Pasta rolled fresh every morning, one traditional Italian sauce, and off you go: at the counter, on the beach, at your desk. The shop is small and the queue moves fast.

How it's made

Twenty seconds, one carbonara

From the empty bowl to the steam: what happens at the counter, every single time.

01 · The bowl

Paper, not porcelain

You hold it, you close it, you take it with you. It is the only dish you need.

02 · The pasta

Rolled this morning

Fresh sheets cut in the lab the same morning. Three minutes to cook, and you can taste the difference.

03 · The portion

A real portion

A hundred and twenty grams of pasta, dry weight: what you would cook at home. The sauce comes next, and there is plenty.

04 · The sauce

The recipe stays the recipe

Eggs, pecorino, pepper: carbonara is exactly that. Nine traditional recipes, none of them reinvented.

05 · The topping

Guanciale, added last

Crisp, cut thick, laid on at the end. The pecorino is grated the moment you order.

06 · Ready

Three minutes and you're out

Lid, bag, and the bowl stays hot on the way. Anywhere, anytime: it says so on the bag.

People who love pasta

Saverio opened the first Casa Spaghetti after years in marketing, with one simple idea: fresh pasta done properly can be fast. Today a young crew runs the counter, cooks, plates up and answers your stories on Instagram.
