The brand makes the difference

Between one pasta format and the next, the real differences are few: the pasta, the sauce, the time. What changes is how you remember it. The yellow of the bowl, the chequered band, the joke on the t-shirt of the person serving you.

Casa Spaghetti chose to be recognisable before anything else. Then good as well, because the pasta is fresh every day and the recipes are the ones they have always been, with nothing reinvented.
