This notice covers the details collected through the forms on this site. The online menu is a third-party service, Qromo, with its own notice.

In the forms we ask for a name, an email, a phone number and a message. In the franchising form we also ask about the city, the premises, the investment and your experience. They are used to reply to you and, if you ask, to send you the dossier.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request. For news and openings we ask for a separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Requests from the forms are kept for twelve months, then deleted. Franchising and crew applications are kept for twenty-four months, so we can call you back when a city opens. Consents for news stay until you withdraw them.

The technical providers that host the site and the email, appointed as processors. No data is sold and none leaves the European Union without the safeguards the law requires.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing, by writing to info@casaspaghetti.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante.
